  • Do you ship internationally? Free standard shipping to U.S. only; international by request.
  • Can I change my shipping address? No — orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • Lost or delayed package? Track with your carrier; we are not responsible once marked delivered.

  • How do I care for my headband? Spot clean
  • Lights aren't working? Check battery orientation and contacts; replace with LR44 batteries following the included guide.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return my headband? All sales are final. Worn or custom items cannot be returned.
  • Damaged items? Contact us within 3 days with photos; approved claims may receive replacement or store credit.
