Refund policy
Each Magical Blooms headband is handcrafted to order. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.
All Sales Final
All purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Custom or made-to-order designs
- Personalized items
- Worn items
- Event or vacation purchases
- Change of mind
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Hygiene & Sanitary Policy
Magical Blooms headbands are personal wearable accessories and come into direct contact with the hair, scalp, and skin.
For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons — including but not limited to public health considerations — worn items cannot and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
We are unable to restock or resell returned headbands due to sanitary standards, and therefore all sales remain final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
To initiate a claim, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
- A replacement (if inventory allows), or
- Store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours — or once production has begun — cancellations are not permitted. Rush orders and custom designs cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Magical Blooms is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Carrier delays or transit issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Handmade Variations
Slight differences in floral placement, wire shaping, ribbon styling, or color tone are part of the handmade artistry and not considered defects.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to provide documentation including order confirmation, tracking information, and policy agreement to the payment provider.
We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
